“Our room was very comfortable & nicely refurbished. We loved the rain shower head, large bathroom & extra TV in the lounge area. The breakfast provided was great & the options were plentiful. ”
“Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. Perfect location in downtown to walk to everything. Loved all the little extras that made you feel taken care of like the water ready in the fridge, the nesspresso machine, couple snacks, free coffee downstairs and water refills by the ice machines. I can tell how clean a place is by how dirty my toddlers feet get from the floors and they stayed clean! Definitely will be my go to place when visiting my daughter. ”
“The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. All the staff was WONDERFUL with exception of the gal (multi-color hair) at the front desk when I EMERGED FROM THE STUCK ELEVATOR which delayed my check-out and made me late!!! I was stuck in there about 6 minutes and the emergency phone put me on hold and I was able to flag down an employee as the elevator was all glass--Thankfully. She failed to apologize or ANYTHING! “This was our 2nd stay in the last few weeks, the Carlton is a beautiful property and the rooms are beautifully decorated. After recently renovating our bathrooms I would imagine the bathrooms must have cost $50,000+ to have such a high level of finish, very nice!”
